Sedation-Assisted Procedures:
We offer nitrous oxide sedation for tasks like blood collection.
This service is for anyone who has difficulty with needles, anxiety, or past negative experiences in medical settings.
We know that medical environments can be traumatic for some people. We are here to help you feel safe and create a positive experience.
What is nitrous sedation?
Nitrous oxide is a gas that you breathe in.
It helps you feel relaxed and calm during procedures (like blood draws) while you remain awake and able to talk to us.
What to expect:
Planning – Your first appointment is with our Clinical Nurse Specialist. You will meet in a non-medical room to create a care plan together. This helps us understand exactly what you need to feel comfortable.
The Procedure – Once we have a plan, we can schedule your procedure. We can use a mask, inhaled device, or creams to help you relax.
