
Dr Saric has trained in a variety of locations, settings and sub-specialties, so draws on a wide array of experiences when formulating best patient care.
Dr Saric specialises in neurodivergence, namely intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Dr Dom Saric completed his medical training in 2010, receiving his MBBS from The University of Sydney. He completed his training as a general psychiatrist and was awarded Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, recognising his qualifications in General Adult Psychiatry.
In addition to private practice, Dr Saric works as the psychiatrist for the Specialised Intellectual Disability Health Team covering the entire Central Coast and Hunter New England LHDs, providing multidisciplinary assessments for patients with an intellectual disability and unmet health needs not able to be managed by their regular care providers.
Dr Saric has also previously held a staff specialist position at the Psychiatric Emergency Service with Hunter New England LHD.
