
Lacey is a passionate speech pathologist who brings a warm and collaborative approach to her work with individuals and families. She is committed to providing respectful and neurodiversity-affirming support, ensuring her therapy is always tailored to what is most important in her clients’ daily lives.
Lacey enjoys using a mix of different approaches to create meaningful and practical support for each person she works with.
With experience across a range of communication needs, Lacey works closely with clients in areas such as:
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication, or AAC, using alternative methods to help people express themselves.
- Social communication, supporting people to connect and interact with others.
- Helping with reading and writing skills.
- Working with individuals who have multiple challenges with communication.
- Multidisciplinary autism assessments for both children and adults.
Lacey loves spending time with her family, hanging out with her energetic lab-border collie, Onix, and enjoying the local bakeries of Newcastle in her search for the perfect almond croissant.
